## What to contact us about
**Registering a team.** Use the [registration form](/register/). Twenty teams maximum, no entry fee, entry by invitation.
**Round declarations.** Captains only, by 18:00 the Wednesday before a round. No declaration, no start, no points.
**Kit orders.** Quote your order number. Returns and exchanges are covered in our Refunds and Returns Policy (/refunds-and-returns/).
**Sponsorship or joining a future season.** Get in touch. Season 1 is invitational and full, but there will be a Season 2.
## The important disclaimer
VIER is unofficial and self-supported, run on open public trails. There is no entry fee, no route marking, no marshals and no aid stations. Every runner is responsible for their own access, navigation, safety, water and weather decisions, and participates entirely at their own risk. A signed indemnity per runner is required before Round 1.
