Your team
- Four runners per team.
- At least one woman.
- At least one runner aged 55 or older.
- Everyone 20 or older.
- Combined age 165 or more.
Declarations
Captains declare their runner for each round by 18:00 on the Wednesday before. No declaration, no start, no points. Each runner races exactly once across the four rounds.
Scoring
Finishing positions score on the Formula 1 table: 25, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1. Only the top ten score. A DNF or DNS scores zero. The champion is the team with the most points after Round 4, with ties broken by countback.
Self-supported and unofficial
No entry fee, no marking, no marshals, no aid stations. The series runs on open public trails. Every runner is responsible for their own access, navigation, safety, water and weather calls, and runs at their own risk. Your team is your support crew: outside assistance is whatever your three teammates can carry.
A signed indemnity per runner is required once, before Round 1. Weather or safety postponements are called by 18:00 on the Friday before a round.
